DESCRIPTION
NIRODENSE LS is a premium lithium silicate-based concrete densifier that penetrates concrete capillaries and reacts with free lime to form insoluble calcium silicate hydrate (C–S–H), increasing surface density and hardness while retaining breathability. Ideal for machine-trowelled, burnished and polished concrete, it improves abrasion resistance and durability, reduces surface dusting not caused by underlying defects, and helps minimise long-term maintenance. Compatible with concrete grinding and polishing systems, NIRODENSE LS enhances polished colour, gloss and clarity. It dries with minimal visible change, while additional gloss can be achieved through machine application and resin-pad buffing.
USES
NIRODENSE LS is recommended as a densifier and hardener for machine trowelled concrete surfaces. It can also be used on other cementitious surfaces where densifying and hardening benefits are desired. It is recommended as a polishing aid for burnished or polished concrete surfaces. NIRODENSE LS is ideal for sealing commercial and residential concrete floors such as workshop floors, warehouse floors, automotive garage floors, retail store floors, pole barn and shed floors, basement floors, garage floors, and other machine trowelled, burnished, or polished concrete surfaces. Compatible with most glues, mastics, and topical coatings.
