High-quality concrete with extended workability is the main requirement of RMC industry. Also, industry needs a robust single admixture that is workable for different types of cement and compensate the difficulties due to variation of aggregates.

Principles of the NIROCRETE technology:

NIROCRETE Range of products are retarding type high range water reducing admixture based on Polycarboxylic ether (PCE) molecules which adsorb onto the cement particles and disperses them through ionic charges cause electrostatic repulsion and steric hindrance. The resultant dispersion reduces water requirement of the mix and increases workability of the concrete
NIROCRETE Range are configured with special PCE molecules to delay adsorption onto the cement particle. This ensures that optimum dispersion over a longer period of time, gives very long retention without any retardation effect.

• NIROCRETE ULTIMA range: Are the superplasticisers based on new generation polycarboxylic ether
  polymers, developed using special polymer-technology. which is the ultimate solution to produce economical, Self-compacting concrete, High flow concrete and High grade concrete with Very long workability retention and High workability without segregation and bleeding properties , it also enhance strength development process of concrete.
• NIROCRETE VMA: Is an organic compound based liquid viscosity-modifying admixture (VMA) for concrete and mortar, which improves viscosity by reducing friction between the internal particles of concrete/mortar mix and allow them to flow freely and it also controls the bleeding/ segregation characteristics of mix. Thus NIROCRETE VMA helps to produce Self-compacting concrete and High flow concrete even in the presence of dense reinforcement.
• NIROGOURD BCI: Is an organic Bipolar concrete penetrating corrosion inhibiting admixture containing molecules in which electron density distribution causes the inhibitor to be attracted to both anodic and cathodic processes. Due to the good quality of its vapour pressure and distribution with the moisture within the concrete, these molecules migrate to the steel and form a monomolecular layer along the reinforcement in concrete. Thus corrosion vis-A-vis micro cell formation is inhibited
• NIROPROOF IW: Is an integral waterproofing liquid admixture which added to the concrete/ mortar at the time of batching/mixing to resist the penetration of water through the capillary action or through water under pressure in hardened state of concrete and mortar.
• NIROPROOF CRY: An integral capillary waterproofing system. It contains specialist additives that plays role of catalyst in the formation of water-insoluble crystalline microstructures deep within the capillaries and interstices of cementitious matrix of concrete and mortars.
• NIROSET R: Is a high-performance retarding plasticizer based on selected hydroxycarboxylic materials, beneficial in maintaining workability especially in high ambient temperatures. It is supplied as a colourless to brownish solution which instantly disperses in water.
  It disperses in the concrete mix.. enabling the water content of the concrete to
  perform more effectively. The initial hydration of the cement is also delayed, resulting
  in high workability retention of the concrete with no adverse effect on strength gain.
• NIROSET SR: Is a liquid retarder used for achieving an exposed aggregate finish on concrete by retarding the setting of cement paste in the surface matrix of concrete and then removing it.
• NIROSET NCA: Is ready to use Non-Chlorideliquid accelerating admixture for use in concrete, mortar and portland cement, which reduces the setting times in general and specially under cold weather, leading to early high and ultimate increased strengths. In addition, it reduces bleed and segregation while improves workability. It does not contain any added chloride ions ensuring that the product does not contribute to the corrosion of reinforcing steel. Rather it helps in reduction of chloride attack on concrete.
• NIROFOAM : Is a foaming agent based on concentrated solution of selected surfactant materials which is diluted with water before use to produce light-weight pumped of poured concrete used in structures characterized by very high noise and thermic isolation and for low strength concrete filling.
• NIROPUMP PRIMO: Is inorganic components based specially formulated product for the lubrication of pumps, hoses and lines prior to concrete works.
